To sign up or switch your chosen beneficiary to Musical Bridges, follow these simple steps:

  • Visit www.kroger.com/communityrewards

  • Sign in to your account or create a new one

  • Search for "Musical Bridges Inc"

  • Click "Enroll" or "Save" to complete the process

Remember, every time you shop at Kroger and use your Kroger Plus Card, a portion of your purchase will go towards supporting Musical Bridges’ programs and services. 

Pull up Kroger app. Ensure you have a local store selected. Press the 3 bar hamburger menu on the top right.
Click "My Account."
Follow sign in steps then click "Community Rewards."
Click "Search for Organization."
Search "Musical Bridges Inc." then click "Enroll."
You did it! If you're already registered with another nonprofit and wish to change, you'd click "Change Organization."
