Melissa Humphries- President

Melissa Humphries is a board-certified Music Therapist and the founder of Musical Bridges Inc. She has been practicing since 2005 and has grown the her for-profit to a team of four, full time employees.

Melissa is passionate about expanding access of music therapy to all who need it, removing any financial barrier. Full bio under team.

Wesley Williams- Vice President

Wes Williams serves as Vice President of Musical Bridges, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to the arts and fostering community through music. He is also the General Manager at Valpak Clipp, where he leads sales and marketing efforts across Nashville, Memphis, and Birmingham. With a strong background in sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and nonprofit engagement, Wesley brings a passion for supporting creative initiatives that uplift and connect diverse communities. His focus is on driving growth, building collaborative relationships, and helping organizations amplify their mission through innovative outreach and development.

Faith Zishiri- Member

Faith Zishiri originates from Zimbabwe, where she holds a degree in Personnel Management. She worked as a clerk in Civil Service for many years until resigning and opening her own business as a poultry and piggery producer. She worked direct to consumers, supplying retail outlets and business centers. In 2016 she sold the business and relocated to the US. She is currently the sole caregiver of her adult child with special needs, and serves a dual role on the board as secretary and parent representative.

Catherine Moore- Treasurer

Catherine Moore is a partner at Farris, Self & Moore LLC, a boutique business management firm established in 2015. Moore works with national and international touring artists at all levels as well as hit songwriters. Moore received her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at the University of South Carolina and has earned the mark of a CFP ® certificant. Moore has served as Treasurer of SOURCE Nashville for the past 4 years, was a member of Leadership Music’s 2020 class, and was voted as one of Billboard’s Country Power Players and Billboard’s Top Business Managers. Moore, a native of Chattanooga, TN and her husband Patrick have two children, a son Harrison, and a daughter Cate.

Maggie Sandwith- Secretary

Maggie Sandwith is a partner at Holland & Knight, LLP, a global law firm with more than 34 offices throughout the world. Maggie’s practice is focused on commercial real estate and the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of real property. She represents land owners, developers, national retail tenants, and healthcare companies in transactional matters involving the real estate assets and leasing of retail properties, office buildings, industrial spaces, and medical office buildings and healthcare facilities.

Maggie lives in Nashville, Tennessee with her husband and three daughters. Her middle daughter, Caroline, is autistic and loves to express herself through music and songs.  

Raeya Chourasia- Junior Board

Raeya Chourasia is a dedicated and ambitious student at Brentwood High School. She has been swimming competitively for 13 years and is passionate about the sport and the sense of community it fosters. Raeya is actively involved in her school’s Student Council and has served as a representative for five years, demonstrating her leadership and commitment to improving student life.

She is also a member of the Tennessee Student Equity Board, where she contributes as the Director of Technology, working to promote fairness and accessibility across the state. In addition to swimming, Raeya has been involved in track for the past four years, showcasing her athleticism and perseverance.

Raeya's dedication extends beyond sports and academics—she is passionate about giving back to her community. She tutors students in need. Raeya is also an active participant in Women in STEM, Science Olympiad, and DECA, highlighting her drive to create a meaningful impact in fields she is passionate about.

With a strong commitment to leadership, service, and personal growth, Raeya is excited to contribute her skills and energy to the mission of Musical Bridges.
