Path 2: Lead MT & Clinic Manager ($65,000–$75,000+)
Ideal for a highly experienced NMT ready to step into an operational leadership role while maintaining a clinical edge.
Maintain a Direct Clinical Caseload: Actively generate revenue and maintain your clinical expertise by carrying a specialized caseload of 10 to 15 direct contact hours per week.
Staff Mentorship & QA: Utilize your remaining hours to conduct weekly clinical supervision, review session footage, and audit documentation to ensure compliance.
Operational Leadership: Embody our "Owner's Mentality" and champion our "Empty-Handed" rule for environmental stewardship.
